Pichler/Plese Production proudly presents!!!!!!

This is a result of a hard and dedicated work of two students who were given a theme: "A usual day of student in Kapfenberg" that was then to be translated in to a multimedia project. In our film we decided to forgo from easy and obvious topic concerning student's life. Things like drinking and partying have crossed our mind, but hard work and learning have shined as more important to us.
To all of you who do not speak German language: The main character (played by Paul) is trying to crack the problem of reappearing message (Fatal Error) on his screen when playing the movie about a normal day of a student in Kapfenberg..........

Starts with Taiwan, continues with Irland and ends with Brazil!?

So it was a weekend in Graz. I came on Friday after a very hastily made decision to go to Graz a day earlier than planed, with Paul a colleague from Uni.

From there every thing was going fast, a quick visit to a go away party of InfomationDesign students, and than a trip to Graz airport to pick up Ting, Sabina's buddy from Taiwan. "Buddy's" is a program on my Uni where people volunteer to help incomings get settled in their new home away from home.

This is a Buddy's program in action!! Try finding
the incomings on this picture! :)

Picking him up and leaving his stuff at his room (he ended up with no accommodation so we offered him to stay at a Sabinas flatmate's room) was done and than it was of to a Spanish Erasmus party which didn't end until early hours next morning some where in Graz......

The day after, Tin, now known as Ting Ting, met up with his colleague from Taiwan and decided to make a tasty Taiwanese dinner.

Her mum told her she should learn how to cook before she is of to an unexplored new continents.......she was proven right sooner than expected! Thank you Eva and Ting!!!

By the time the dinner was over, and we were all licking our plates, it was time to pick up Jörg's (a SC friend from Graz) buddies, two Irish girls, who naturally being Irish, couldn't say no to an ongoing party that found it's end in Postgarage, a club that was playing Brazilian Disco that night.
So an unusually social weekend for me. New, interesting, international acquaintances!!!

So it's form left upper row: Ricky (Panama), Jam (Turkey), me, Ting (Taiwan), Eva (Taiwan), Sabina (Croatia) and last but not least Jörg (Austria).

Rice, noodles, dumplings......yummmmy!
